This Month, UnderwriteMe was delighted to attend the UK Company culture awards in Marble Arch, London. The evening turned out to be a successful one as UnderwriteMe won a UK COMPANY CULTURE AWARD (Silver) for Best Flexible Working Policy.

Our submission focused on our agile working practices, hybrid working, our quarterly update on-site days and team charters where teams agree their own rhythms, rituals and ways of working, balancing business needs with their unique personal circumstances.

To be recognised in this category was special, as (in partnership with our parent company Pacific Life Re) we worked incredibly hard to ensure our colleagues feel empowered to work in their teams how they know best while offering flexibility for individuals to fit other needs and commitments into their schedules.
